Thank you for visiting our internet site. Our clown group is dedicated to: providing financial help for Shrine Hospitals, ensuring that children laugh, and providing good fellowship for our members.

President - Bart "Plunger" Hensley

Vice President - Dennis "Butterfinger" Lindsay

Secretary - Jim "Mad Maxx" Nasby

Treasurer - Conrad "Rainbow" Oswalt

The Al Bedoo Shrine Clowns were established in 1952 enabling Nobels with an interest in clowning to come together for the common goal of helping the Shrine Hospitals and making children laugh.  From that beginning, the Al Bedoo Shrine Clowns have been tremendously successful at raising money for the Shrine Hospitals and also providing, for a short time, something for kids to laugh at.

Time has flown !!  PNSCA was a lot of fun.  Congratulations to all those clowns that participated and especially to those who won in the competitions.  For those who did not get to Billings, we look forward to seeing you in Spokane, WA in 2010.

We just finished the Laurel 4th of July parade.  We had lots of clowns for one of the longest parades in Montana.  Everyone had a great time and put on a good show.  If you were not there put it on your calendar for next year.

The summer is here and that means lots of events for all the clowns.  Our next big event is the East-West Shrine game in Great Falls, MT.   We are looking for Clowns and their families to attend and support this great event.

Where have all the good clown care ideas gone??  Remember the days when the Shrine clowns invented some of the greatest clown parade vehicles ever?  If you remember any of those cars of old or have an idea of something creative that we might create call Dennis Lindsay at 406-425-0071 or email @Dennis.Lindsay@me.com.

Always got in trouble acting out when you were little?  Like to make kids smile?  Always think outside the box or maybe like playing with a box?  Can your "Manhood" stand buying makeup?  Then you could be Clown material!  Contact any Unit Clown for more information.

Our next regular meeting is May 4th and the family "Pot Luck" meeting is May 18th.  If you are interested in the Clown Unit come out one of our meetings.
